Problem Note 67616: A library created in SAS® Studio for a Google BigQuery database might not display any tables

A libref for a Google BigQuery database might incorrectly show an empty table list if the library was created with the New Library dialog box within SAS Studio.
Currently, the USE_INFORMATION_SCHEMA LIBNAME option does not have a default value. However, SAS Studio expects that it has a default, so the check box for the option in the New Library dialog box is not selected. This causes the USE_INFORMATION_SCHEMA option to be set to NO. As a result, attempts to generate the list of BigQuery tables might result in an empty list.

This hot fix now sets the default for the USE_INFORMATION_SCHEMA option to YES.
